Localphone Usability Assessment with End Users @ Sheffield Hallam University, IF, 2012
This assessment focused upon two key elements:
1. Understanding how users identify and comprehend the appropriateness of Localphone services
2. Feedback from users experience from visiting the website
– Usability studies assessment
– Identification of potential follow on work to further improve the website
– Identification of potential follow on work examining the improvement of client conversion
Information from the usability assessment was fed back to Localphone in the form of a presentation and
written report that will provide insights on how to best utilise findings from the analysis and interpretation of the results.
